Layout Preparation
Our designer manually spreads out each image on the product components to match the print.
HD Image Printing
For the effect of maximum color reproduction, the image is printed on paper using a special sublimation plotter.
Transferring the Image to the Fabric
The image is then transferred to the fabric under the influence of temperature. With this printing technology, the dye penetrates the fibers of the fabric helping to achieve the effect of maximum color intensity.
Manual Cutting
