How to order a product with a customized design?
To order a product with your personal design, please, fill out the form on the right, specify which product and what size you want to receive, and submit your images. Check a size chart for the chosen product carefully since orders with customized designs cannot be returned or exchanged!
What exactly happens after ordering?
On receiving your order, our designer prepares a draft design and sends it to you for approval. If you are completely satisfied with the provided draft, you fill in an order, specify the shipping address and make payment.
We produce and ship orders within 3-5 days of payment.
What graphic files are required?
The files for printing must be in the .jpg, .gif or .png format. The minimal resolution of the file is 1,500 pixels on the smaller side. The recommended size is 4,000 - 5,000 pixels.
What are the delivery charges for Online Shop orders?
We offer standard delivery via Airmail (14-21 Days est.) - $9.95 and economy via SAL Mail 30+ Days. - $6.95 (each additional item is free delivery).

How can I exchange or return a product with a customized design?
Products with a customized design cannot be exchanged or returned. You are insured only in case your order was lost or damaged during the delivery.
Is there a list of forbidden subjects?
Yes, there is The list of the forbidden subjects:
1. Information directed to propaganda for war, incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and hostility.
2. Information propagandizing a pornography, a cult of violence and cruelty.
3. The information containing appeals to implementation of terrorist activity, containing other extremist materials.
4. Information propagandizing drug addiction, toxicomania, ways, methods of development of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, places of their acquisition and distribution.
5. Information on ways of commission of suicide, and also appeals to suicide commission.
6. Information humiliating national advantage.
7. Information containing advertizing of alcoholic products of tobacco products.
8. Information containing the state, trade, office secret.

A size chart is available in the description for each product. The list of products available for your personal design is at the bottom of this page, as well as in the "Custom" category.
Note, please, that the sizes are given in the EU standard, they are approximately 1-2 sizes smaller than the US standard.
