What are the delivery charges for Online Shop orders?
It depends on weight of the order and where it is shipping. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your zip code or country in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page.
What are the payment options?
You can pay with PayPal, Credit Card and Bitcoin
What exactly happens after ordering?
We produce and ship orders within 5-7 working days of payment.
What are your delivery times?
For all international orders, you can choose between
– Standard International Shipping – Registered Airmail (14 – 28 business days ‘approx’)
– Free Economy Shipping – SAL (Sea and Land) (30 – 60 business days ‘approx’, No Track)
What to do if the order is delayed?
From time to time parcels can get held up for various reasons or delayed at customs. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over delays with various carriers. Once your order is handed over to the postal service you have chosen, We cannot be held responsible for delays. We regret to say that refunds cannot be issued on orders that are delayed.
What to do if the order is lost?
In case of lost order, We will make a full refund for you.
– An order is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 60 days.
– In case of force majeure (epidemic, covid-19, etc) An order is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 120 days.
